After a first star in the Michelin Guide in 2021 and the Grand Prix Tour des Cartes in 2022, DUENDE continues its ascent with a second Michelin star.
2 years after its opening, on March 22, 2022, the Chef and his team - Julien Caligo, head chef, Alexandre Brusquet, pastry chef, Logan Thouillez, sommelier, and Gabriel Lonca, room manager, under the leadership of Christophe Chalvidal, Director of Maison Albar Hotels - L'Imperator - obtain a second Michelin star, synonymous with excellence, refinement and know-how! In the Spanish tradition, the DUENDE is an enigmatic and indefinable moment of suspension that provokes a result of enchantment and unreal perfection.
